Submitting an inquiry does not create an accepted order. Case scope, supported inputs, deliverables, quote, target timing and revision conditions must be agreed separately. Changes to scans, instructions or the prescription can change that agreement.
Your responsibilities
Submit only information you are entitled to share. Keep patient data out of the public form. The responsible laboratory and dental professionals provide the prescription and validate all designs before manufacture or use.
